I spoke to a manager when requesting my certificate and he was very clear about not having the P.O. stamp the new certificate.
He did explain it in detail but unfortunately my cardiac hypoxia decided that bit of info wasn’t worth remembering.
I got my 1st cert in Sept 21 when I left the scheme and then in Jan when I changed car again.
