War veteran with combat related ptsd needs a larger vehicle for his fishing tackle to be able to continue spending a few days a month away from home with other veterans. He cannot afford the advance payment so approached the grants team. They told him his request was more a want than a need. He gets enhanced mobility for mental health yet i can’t find anything about mental health on the motability website… Only physical. Any advice greatly appreciated.
