    The company I went with in the end is called privilege. They was almost £200 a year cheaper. They also had an option to click for gcb gained from the mobility scheme, with a few others i had to ring them and ask if they accepted and all said they did.

    I did pay for the whole year as it’s always the cheapest option and it worked out at £22.76 a month and included a hire car and for me as it’s a new car I’ve bought, if it was to get written off it would be replaced with a new one in the 1st year. So no gap insurance is needed. if something was to happen.

    Pretty much on all I looked at you have to pay more to get a like for like hire car. Personally i’ve had one claim in my whole 30+ years of driving as my car was stolen. So i don’t see the point in paying extra I’d make do with the standard hire car for 21/28 days.
