I never knew that Dave so I learn something everyday.
They use 0300 number when you ring them so could be anywhere or indeed anyone but thinking about it a few years ago I had a 3 way conversation between myself, Motability and DVLA and the guy who initiated the call was in Bristol and as it was a driving license query it would have been operations in Bristol and not the charity.
So maybe, just maybe, this is why I never get anywhere when I complain about the cost of adaptions when all I hear is the Stradivari playing in the back ground while I’m thinking there not very helpful as a charity not knowing that I’m actually talking to operations who don’t give a hoot.
Oh and the other thing is I always make first contact with them through email so there forewarned what I’m calling about so one or the other passes my message on to operations where I get the above problem.
