Civil sevants contacting energy supply companies to ask if they can channel more money through in a similar way as the £400 will, is bs to me @joss. As much as I and no doubt the rest of us appreciate any help as energegy prices are going through the roof, I don’t think this way is benificial to the country as a whole.
What needs to be done is it needs to be dealt with at source. The big energy companies profits should be capped by what ever means feasable and any green levies abandoned during this energy crisis. Otherwise the country will continue to add to its debt whils’t energy companies continue to see profit upon profit.
Ultimately services in this country need to be nationalized again.
