I’ve just been told that they have been in touch with the regional manager who is trying to get everyone who has had an order cancelled into a vehicle closely matching the ordered spec – however the chances of this happening are very slim.
I am thinking of turning my attention to another vehicle now – as I’ve been desperate for a new vehicle that have enough space for two wheelchairs.
I would best ring your dealer and get a straight answer to see what the situation is with your order – communication from my dealership had been poor since March. As you’ve already said, they must have known this situation for a while and should have communicated this to us.
