Same again. Bright, clear, hot (22C at 7am) forecast to nudge 30C later on. Pleasant breeze to keep it feeling cooler outside. It was so lovely yesterday, I actually took a walk. First time in a ages I’ve tried it. Went down to local river, the Rife, and meandered along for a quarter mile round-trip. Took geological time to do it, well, 50 mins. Also took extra Tramadol to supress pain. Bloody difficult walking on country tracks but worth it. Beautiful day, batch of egrets on river and Tiger Moths puttering along overhead. Delightful.
