Just back from Tesco’s. Used the free charger, 7kw and charging at 6.2kw. Was in store appx 40 mins and added 11 miles of range. Battery was showing 83% on arrival 86% on departure. Accepting that charging is much slower above 80%, pleased. Combined mileage done and remaining range adds up to 326, minus 11 gives a very respectable 315 and includes 9 miles at dealer with just 3 miles per kWh. Freezer is full of ice creams, fridge salmon and other bits. Did a short bit of the journey in Sport mode, really quick, but will stick to Normal or Eco, especially when the better half is in the car. I need to consult the booklet as I want to charge tonight, but want to make sure it charges between 21.30 and 01.30 only. I think I’ve set it up correctly. Perhaps a quick look on You Tube. The car tech is a bit like that on a desktop/laptop. Is packed with stuff, but we only use a small percentage. Hope everyone is still enjoying their’s.
