ours was taking a while, i left it for a bit and then chased with the dealer. turns out they needed to send us the rasa open insurance instructions, not sure how long they had been sat on that. once we completed that it was approved literally by lunchtime the next day. However the dealer still hasn’t actually made any contact to say that our application has been approved.
so check with you dealer and make sure all th forms etc have been completed.
