Just had my first service done with KIA, dealership said “We don’t allow the booking of a courtesy car for a service” (the first time I’ve ever been told this) so had to wait 2hrs while it was done. Drank 2 mugs of good coffee, ate a couple of packs of Borders Biscuits had a Coke & read my Kindle.
Oh, and had a good look around the new Niro. Could have been worse, 3 of us turned up to hand in our keys for service at 1pm (choice of 8:30am or 1pm), I was second, woman after me was told she had a 3 hour wait, she was not amused.
I assumed the lack of courtesy cars was either a shortage due to selling their old cars and waiting for new ones or something related to Covid.
In life, it's not who you know that's important, it's how your wife found out.
