Hi all. Just come back from a drive around – I had split screen for sat nav and apple carplay – cable between iPhone and usb – when I removed phone I was surprised to discover how warm it was. Has anyone else experienced this – I know it is charging and playing, but it does seem much warmer than it ever was in the Prius. I will be interested to see if it gets as warm when charging without cable.
So you had the lead plugged in to the aux usb and the phone on the charge pad. Is the charge pad 15w on the Kona?
