    Great news Ginny ? give us the numbers for Tuesdays Euromillions lol. What are the major spec changes to your initial order?

    Sorry don’t have the numbers for the Euromillions (I do it sometimes but have never won). As to the extra specs; I ordered the Classic (comes with electric windows and auto lights and wipers) Cooper S with no options except auto box, That did give me Sports seats and driving modes, but little else.

    Now;

    My gearbox is to be updated to a sports auto with flappy paddles. The steering wheel is now Walknappa (some kind of fancy BMW leather I think). The air con is now Automatic (ne manual). The mirrors are now all auto dimming with folding door mirrors and MINI logo projected on the pavement. Added are. Rear parking sensors. Front centre armrest (although this gets in the way of the handbrake, and part of the reason I did not choose it). Storage compartment pack. Heated front seats. Also it now has keyless entry and exit (the key was never needed to start it).

    It still does not have adaptive cruise control/traffic jam assist or auto brake (which I find very unusual), but this does more or less give me all the bells and whistles I have on my current car, plus the heated seats. I don’t fancy the heated seats myself, but my husband who does all the driving said they helped his back when he had them on his old Merc back in the 20th century.  As to the adaptive and auto braking, I feel they could lead to complacency, and I know my husband kept/keeps complaining about the car telling him he needed to brake when he already was, or a car pulled up nearby.
