    you should be disappointed my friend and I will tell you why!

    first of all I walked into Mercedes not as a motability customer and they offered me CLA 180 with delivery within 12 weeks. So if there is a chip shortage then how are Mercedes offering the deal above to all normal customers apart from disabled customers. This chip shortage is nonsense.

    This falls under The Equality Act 2010  section 13 direct discrimination on disabled people because cars which are not available for disabled customers are available for retail customers.  Section 19 indirect discrimination occurs too..Also under section 29 provision of service; no manufacturer can refuse service to any customer when the business is open for all customers. But disabled customers are being refused service by bmw,VW,etc..under the legislation disability is a protected characteristic and cannot be violated against.

    also under the consumer rights act 2015 schedule 2. The car manufacturers terms and condition are ambiguous and very unfair towards disabled people..there term and conditions only favour retail customers.

    You can take them to  small claim courts. People should do they do not ever do this again.
