Kezo Sunak is one of the favourites to win and I think he would be a “safe pair of hands”
He has a lot of stuff hanging over his head we know of does our iffy fishy rishi.
As @Jojoe pointed out he wants to privatise the NHS.
What the Tory’s want/need is someone who will win elections and fishy rishi isn’t the one to do that.
