    My 2018 S-Max had this, seems lovely, in reality it is anything but. Often it would decide that the speed was different, ie, on a 70mph motorway you cross over a 30mph road, it decided you should be doing 30 and slammed on the brakes to make it so. I disengaged the system and it remained stuck showing 30mph till I came off the motorway 20 miles later, when it read the 40mph limit off-ramp correctly.

    clearly that’s dangerous if you can’t turn the system off, not to mention frustrating if you end up stuck at 30mph on the motorway for miles. These errors were sadly commonplace so I just left it switched off as it could not be trusted 100%, intelligent isn’t how I would choose to describe it.
