The short answer is yes we are considered lesser customers.
It’s a subject that has often been discussed on here even before the pandemic.
The bottom line is that dealers make very little money from Motability sales. It’s very rare for them to let any stock vehicle go to a Motability customer when they could sell that to a retail customer and make much more profit.
The supply chain issues that have arisen recently have just exacerbated an existing situation.
