Totally agree. Larger engine gives you smoother, more relaxed driving. My present MB car is the 2.0L T-ROC with 190-ish bhp and 4×4. Not as fun as the sadly departed Mini but with a 0-60 of under 7sec, it can be quite rewarding nevertheless. It may look like a trendy-Wendy SUV but it drives like a fairly warm hatch. AND it is still on the scheme, albeit at a nasty AP.
