When JLR (Jaguar Land Rover) were all set to join the Scheme a few years ago, then at the very last minute did not, they vowed to make a parallel Scheme to take on Motability. The best they have come up with is Pivotal (https://www.drivepivotal.com). The elephant in the room is VAT.
