I wonder if europcar get paid the same no matter the vehicle. Wife was gonna call them & ask to see if we can catch them out lol.
Certainly what i would do. Call them under pretended circumstances, see if they offer or are able to supply a vehicle that suits your needs.
If they can, i’d get some fire started at Motability, since clearly they don’t try hard enough to get you a suitable substitute to your car. That’s for me where the fun stops, and MB employees are certainly paid well enough to be able to take some FLAK if they’re not putting in the effort equalling their pay.
