Yesterday I discovered when I chased my Motability order with Toyota that they have cancelled my order placed in January (with delivery due in June/July) without telling me, claiming to have lost the order! I am livid and have told them this in unacceptable. I have an email from January confirming my order was in place and not to worry they would be back in touch nearer delivery date. The car is my life line. Will get on to Motability tomorrow… sounds like a scam given how many claim to be affected… Me thinks this needs to go to the papers.
It’s disgusting how we can be treated especially during these times where retail sales are king.
Sadly you would more than likely get more attention from the press than Motability, who seem to have adopted a less than favourable attitude towards its customers.
