Having checked here I called supply and mine is on the same boat!
I feel sorry for the dealers, they have less information than we do. (And less accurate.)
its definitely a genuine Hyundai fault/quirk to be clueless on updates, not a motability related thing.
if I was a betting man, I’d bet yours is on the same ship as mine and fwippers.
