I agree thoroughly with you , When you have heard of them paying out huge bonus to there staff who are already on a very decent pay structure and bonus anyway it does leave you a little bit upset that they appear to offer little back to us there customers.
I actually disagree with the comment regarding heating etc ChrisK , I have numerous major health issues , one of which means my bloods kept extremely thin , Therefore my heating is on for up to 9 months a year as I feel the cold really badly so have to have it on .
As Rene said they did pay the good condition bonus early at the start of the pandemic when fuel and food prices were significantly less than they are now , they could maybe only offer to established customers with a proven track record of returning cars in good condition or do it but clearly state that if the cars not returned in good condition them they face either removal from the scheme or the return of the bonus .
In my opinion the option of having it paid early would really benefit some customers, it might not work for all but would help some , I’ve heard of customers actually leaving the scheme to save money so anything that can get us through this current situation is a no brained as far as I’m concerned.
