not adverse to more online usage, but personally i prefer some ‘good’ dealer participation. not sure i would be prepared to buy a car untried. i will say tho that this is the way it will eventually go imo.
increasing the search and sign to 6 months would currently be sensible. But, if AP’s continue to increase or even stay at curent levels, then the basics of motability are dead, and unless something can be done we will be without a way for many if not most disabled to get a decent car.
