Had ingrowing big toenails for about 20 years, had everything done to stop them including surgery. Complete waste of time!.
After I got married our new GP sent me to a nice man at Shotley Bridge hospital, he said the NHS wasted vast amounts of money faffing about with them, best thing was to rip it out and kill the nail bed. 12 mins later all done and on my way home 🙂 A month os so later he did the other foot.
So for the last 30+ years I’ve had no big toenails and no more problems 🙂
Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!
