From what I’ve read in Kona forums on speakev, the heat pump didn’t serve much use in the UK and wasn’t making a huge difference of % in terms of range other than really cold countries like Canada. The battery has an option to heat itself and will keep itself regulated during charging. Aside from the quality of the plastics inside, the tech on the kona is better than some much more premium electrics.
Also good to know about the seats using the 12v, that’s gonna be really handy in summer!
