    Maybe they hasn’t got the website security down, or haven’t got the server power needed. Since when you contact them about tracking, they contact someone else too, so it doesn’t sound like they “use the same system” otherwise the dealer would actually have a good estimate, and hyundai wouldn’t keep us waiting for a response.

    I imagine that with the fuel prices going up, and the kona being probably the best value EV (although it’s lacking on some tech that the leaf and Mg have for less) they’ve had a huge rise in orders and people are getting annoyed. There’s a video online from whatcar with them claiming hyundai said a 2 week wait, that was at the height of the chip shortage too, which probably swayed people to order the kona.
