I once had a tire issue and went to Kwik fit the guy told me it would be a hour wait. I told him time wasn’t an issue and I would leave the car with him a go off into the local town to do some shopping with my wife.
We came back 3 hours later and the guy said he had forgotten about my car and they were closing now and I should come back tomorrow, needless to say I never went back.
