olpk, having a blue badge won’t absolve you from anything on privaite land or a private road (like where my brother lives) as it only applies to the highway, So in the same vein not displaying one, even if listed, posted or whatever cannot be used to try to get a payment out of you for not displaying it when parking in a mark disabled bay. As it only applies to the highway. Any judge will understand that as law. I used to work in the parking industy on both highway and private land so understand the differences and the laws.

I have had one issue and it it was on the legality of where they was trying to operate and the appeal process dismissed my claim. (which imo was not imparcial) I won’t got into that but i then went to court over it and a judge thought different and asked them to provide contractual evidence and at that point the company dropped the case. I knew i was in the right all the time, but explained my case but it was ignored, also by the appeals process of the legality of where they was operating. So that tell me alot, looking further into it it seem many people are on many boards in that industry like on the appeal process and then of those that chase you the solicitors. so it is no wonder it was dissmissed. If i hadn’t worked in that industry i would not really of known what i knew, but it was a matter of principle.
