    Hi Kezo i noticed you talked about supply team – I have never contacted anyone but my Motability representative at the garage. How and where do you contact supply. It would be useful to have another Hyundai input as to delivery to dealership date – thanks. Post before meant to say – new to forum!

    You need the internal order number known as the 1011 code (10 digit number starting with 1011) When you have that you can private message Hyundai UK on FB Twitter or can email them and they will get an update back to you within 48hrs. Just ask the dealership for it.

    I have always found then to be far more reliable than dealerships and are happy to help out whenever i contacted them every 2-4 weeks. Where as it always seemed to much hassle for the dealership I got it from
