Just the obvious really John. Check that your new car is exactly as you ordered and isn’t missing anything before you enter your PIN to accept the car. The dealer will check over your Kia to let Motability know that they can pay you the Good Condition Bonus. Ours did that whilst we were there and we had a message from Motability confirming that the payment was authorised before we even left the showroom! Enjoy your new car.
