Issue for Motability with Chinese cars are the unknown residuals in 3 years.
Quite. The build quality of anything coming from China is atrocious. They will be cheap for a reason.
I have 2 drills, a Bosch, 35 years old, still works as new and a “Chinese” one which has given up after 3 years.
