Reply To: people using disabled spaces with no badge

    I think this is a difficult problem to solve. Obviously people who aren’t entitled to use a blue badge bay shouldn’t be doing it. But there is no real way of visually identifying people who should and shouldn’t be using them.

    As far as I am aware you can get a blue badge for mental health issues including stress and anxiety so how do you identify that?

    The last thing someone who suffers from stress and anxiety should be made to suffer is being confronted by a stranger who has decided that that particular person “doesn’t look like”they should be using a blue badge bay.

    Also, I don’t see why anyone should have to prove they’re eligible to use a bay to any random stranger who asks them to do it.

    I don’t really know how you can solve the problem of people being selfish and inconsiderate lol
