Just joking but it took me 3 months past my able to order a car date after expiry of the previous cars lease and now sitting on an ordered car for the past 5 months with at least another 6 months to go before seeing the car but yes I agree its tiring looking for suitable cars and really takes it out of me when I have the chore of visit a car showroom, and yes, it is a chore for many of us even in the good time never mind these days.
