I hit a curb back in 2016 which caused about a 1 inch tear in the tyre sidewall, the tyre stuff was totally useless so Motability arranged for a tow truck to get my car home (which was only 3 miles thankfully as I had my 2 year old with me) and then arranged for Kwik Fit to come out and fit a new tyre. I then had to contact my dealer (Citroen at the time, not sure if it makes a difference) to arrange collecting a new tyre repair kit.
