Not a lot of help from me I’m afraid because the only one of those codes I have is code 20 Modified Braking System along with a couple of other codes so I know nothing about code 30 changes.
Looking at the 3 replacement codes it seems they are just clarifying the adaptions and maybe code 30 wasn’t enough information as its been discontinued.
The steering ball comes under Code 40 and is one I have too.
I see your problem because it could be more than one of those codes but my guess is you should have code 40 for the ball and code 25 for accelerator.
Your driving licence is for automatics so that comes under everyday codes as its not a disabled persons thing.
Sorry I can’t help more than that but needs to be checked with DVLA because these things get checked when you renew your car as I have trouble with my code 20 that I’ve never had that adaption on my cars but gets pulled 50% of the time when renewing my car.
When I’ve had the problems with my code 40 I’ve sorted it by going through Motability who have a direct link to DVLA and wonder if they could put you through to someone down there quicker.
