I was told by the dealer that my car, which was ordered early December was due to be ready for collection last week, however it still hasn’t arrived at the dealership. I was told that the ship the Glovis Clipper was delayed by 4 days due to a mechanical fault. He has told me that the car has gone through customs and is waiting to be transported, so it will potentially be delivered to them this week, has anyone else been told that their car is on the same vessel and if so when have you been told it will be delivered?
I have spoken to the Hyundai UK enquiry telephone line but they are not particularly helpful, in fact they can’t tell me anything. What have been your experiences with them and what info have they told you?
