An opportunity missed. A really underwhelming statement with no passion or regret for the plight of so many customers. The war is a month old; some of you have been waiting 12 months; that was red herring. This was an opportunity to show empathy and offer hope. From a PR perspective, a truly bad statement. It strengthens my reasons for leaving.
