@Philip we were given a courtesy car when our Kuga broke down a couple of years ago. They are delivered brimmed and are supposed to be returned brimmed. I had to do a lot of running around and brimmed it prior to returning it, then had to do another couple of unplanned errands. The needle was barely off full, but I thought nah, they won’t penalise me for that. Not only did I get charged about £3 for petrol, there was also a charge made against my card (I forget the amount, £10? £25?) for “inconvenience” fees. They will come and fetch the car from your home (and the miles they put on it before delivery to the next customer means they might have to brim it again anyway, making a mockery of the inconvenience fee), so even if you’ve only done a few miles best to brim it again
