Apologies, my facts above are incorrect. The AP you pay should be the one in place at the time of ordering. I’ve just checked the Motabilty website. So you should be entitled to the car at the original AP. However you mention code change and this may be the reason for the increase. If the spec changed from say an SE to an SE Tech, then that would account for if. Argue with the dealer that you will only pay the lower AP by all means, but ultimately I’d grab it while you can.
