The AP you pay is the one noted at the time of collection, not ordering.
That’s not correct. The AP you pay is the one that applied when you ordered the car, not when you collect it.
The AP should show on the customers online Motability account or any order paperwork.
Sounds like it’s either dealer BS or the dealer sat on the order and didn’t place it until the AP had risen. Either way, Motability need to advise.
