I had a puncture on sat rang RAC they were with me in 15mins plugged the puncture and told me to ring kwik fit. I rang kwik fit just after the RAC left gave them info on tyre size and make and was told to go in Mon at 12.30pm I got there and they said that tyre had not been ordered so was told to come back Tuesday at 12.00pm went back again and was told tyre hadn’t arrived but was asked to go back today at 11.30am and was assured it would be here today so fingers crossed its here or am gonna lose the plot!
