It’s bad news all around but one good thing I’ve noticed watching the traffic go by my door and that’s, there’s very little traffic, almost as if we’ve gone back into full lockdown again and looks almost like March 2020.
I think its cut a lot of unnecessary journeys, you know the ones where parents take their kids to school one kilometre down the road or the guy down the road who uses his car to get his daily newspaper and fags from the shop 10 minutes walk down the road.
I know I’m being a little hypercritical here because I do that too, well not the fags as I don’t smoke but I have an excuse for doing short journeys in my car when I have to but what I’ve seen at the school gate are nothing more than plain lazy.
I seen a news report the end of last week asking the Saudi’s about increase the oil stocks to make up the loss of Russian oil to the market and they said thy will if there is actually a shortage and of course there right, there is not shortage, only speculators in our stock exchanges.
