I get my company EV car next week and it will be interesting comparing it to my Motability petrol car. I have to admit to worrying about range anxiety as a lot of my journeys will be greater than the range of the car.
The cost are bound to be cheaper as would be ICE if it weren’t for the taxes and duty but someone has to pay for the roads.
Don’t be too smug though with Russian minsters bloating today to Europeans to expect to pay €1,000 per therm of gas soon and although it’s a bit of sabre rattling the cost of electric is going rocket in April without the Russian threats.
