I have been refunded everything I have paid for.
I was due a BP Pulse charger. However, I was offered an Ohme charger so I have switched horses.
I needed an isolation switch installed and as mentioned, I was refunded the cost (£160).
Ohme are coming out to survey next week.
At the moment I am not out of pocket.
