I never received anything from motobility when I ordered the Rav 4. I have been on to Toyota head office today who were useless.
I spoke with the dealership who were like a politician and apologised and claimed it was to do with that they don’t fill in the motobility form until they have a transmission number. Absolute bull.
They even said motobility will back them up as this is the process. Rang motobility and they said this is wrong and I should have received a confirmation from motobility that order has gone through like I have with the Honda.
Toyota head office say they don’t deal with complaints but through the dealership and I was put through to manager of the dealership who carried out spouting rubbish, all I wanted was them to admit that they didn’t put papers through but wouldn’t. He said they do it when they have the numbers of the vehicle.
Might have ended up with not the car I wanted but at least I can get a car with a power boot and don’t have to use a stick anymore soon to shut my boot.
