A relative of mine was a hardcore anti vaxer, always putting conspiracy theories on Facebook. Then he caught Covid and was admitted to intensive care where he almost died, he was actually crying thinking he was going to die. Now, 4 months later, he’s out of hospital but still very ill, his lungs are wrecked, he can barely walk upstairs without being out of breath, it’s going to be years before he fully recovers.
