Absolutely shocking! Go and kick some ass as you ordered it whilst it WAS on the scheme! The dealer has no right whatsoever to cancel it. It is not your fault it has been removed and they MUST honour your contract.
As far as Mota is concerned, they should know this so I would ask to speak with a Manager at Mota and if nothing is done, go in person to the dealer and threaten them with you contacting the papers and media over this fiasco, ncluding Mota, as it is DISCRIMINATION in my opinion.
