In terms of available cars, there’s really nothing.
The “best” option, in my opinion, currently would be the Vauxhall Grandland in your case, but even that isn’t cheap (just the most affordable “big” car at the moment, with decent kit).
You definitely should call them, i don’t think they extend automatically. Just explain to them that there’s nothing that accommodates your disabilities, and the very few that somewhat do (5008 or something) are so stupendously priced that you simply cannot afford to change at this moment. They should be able to help you.
