my scooter has damaged the plastic lip on the inside of the car {broken a piece of plastic} do i need to replace this to get my gcb or will it go down as ware and tare?
That’s all comes under fair wear and tare and GCB will be paid.
My scooter damages the back of the back seat and the back door and my disability cause undue ware on the bolsters of the drivers seat but a good valet would easily fix it for a few quid.
