suppose its same with most new cars but on the kona ev, its emergency braking is shockingly fast. it kinda went off when i was reversing(dont know what it saw) and it really banged to a stop instantly, not that i was doing more than a couple of mph. i was convinced i’d hit something, but no, it was the emergency brake. one thing tho, you dont need chemical laxitives with that around lol.
not sure if it can be switched off but would be interesting to know.
so is modern emegency braking in reverse a new thing??
